New swim session

Once again, I’ll be going to Oannes Swims for training and guidance in learning to swim better, farther, and more efficiently.
I’ll be swimming two mornings a week at 7:00 a.m. in a 25-yard pool. That’s 22.5 metres per length.
Swim workout, April 4:
- warm-up: 25 yd. x 8, breast stroke: 200 yd.
- 25 yd. x 6, kicking 101 with flutterboard: 150 yd.
- 50 yd. x 4, front crawl: 200 yd. (25 yd? 100 yd.?)
- 75 yd x 3, front crawl: 225 yd.
- cool-down, 25 yd. side stroke
800 yards (720 m) (700 yd.?)
