Marlowe (the cat) is making herself scarce. She’s still not feeling well. I wish she would come home regularly so we could give her her medicine.

During the smog episode, individuals may experience eye
irritation. Heavy outdoor exercise may cause respiratory
symptoms such as coughing or shortness of breath. People
with heart or lung disease including asthma may experience
a worsening of their condition.
* A Smog Advisory means that there is a strong likelihood
that there may be poor air quality within the next 24 hours
due to ground-level ozone and/or particulate matter.
I got to swimming almost on time after a bit of early morning blogging.
I did breaststroke to warm up, then extended flutter kick, and finally some front crawl:
Total, 500 yd.
Worked on kicking as well as breathing.
I’m still learning to concentrate on my breathing, turn my head properly, and keep going more than a length or two. I’ll be swimming with Oannes Swims again on Sunday morning.
On the way home I picked up and dropped off dry cleaning.
This afternoon I got some HTML work for a recruiting agency.
