- warm-up: ((50 breast stroke + 50 crawl) x 2 = 200
- front crawl (”freestyle”) with pull-buoy, 50 x 3 = 150
- freestyle with hand paddles & pull-buoy, 50 x 2 = 100
- freestyle with hand paddles, 50
- freestyle, 50 x 3= 150
- freestyle with hand paddles, 50
Total, 700 yards (630 m)
Worked on stroke timing with breathing.
