  • 1 x 50 body core, on back, breathing = 50

  • 1 x 150 front crawl with hand paddles = 150

Total, 750 yd.

swimming, gliding or sculling drillsOannes SwimsI swam at 10:00 Sunday and again at 7:00 today. Coach Kelvin is very good at giving us just a little more to do each time, which leads to incremental improvement. I feel challenged but not overwhelmed. At the same time I can see continuous progress.
