Swim workout, May 16

swimming, gliding or sculling drillsLotStreetWiz very nicely woke me up at 6:00 with coffee and a snack. Then I had to feed all the cats, one with medicated food. I got to swimming late and had only half an hour to swim.

Approximate workout in 25-yard pool:

  • warm-up: (50 breast stroke + 50 freestyle) x 2 = 200
  • freestyle with paddles & pull-buoy, 50
  • freestyle, 50 x 2 = 100
  • freestyle with paddles, 50
  • freestyle, 50

Total, 350 yd.

After swimming, I took the car in for a checkup and to get the summer tires on.
