Swim workout in 25-yard pool:

• warm-up: (100 yd. breast stroke + 100 yd. freestyle) x 2 = 400
• 25 yd. “kicking 101″ x 2 = 50
• 25 yd. kicking on back x 2 = 50
• 200 yd. freestyle = 200
• cool-down: 50 yd. sidestroke x 2 = 100

Total: 800 yd.
Concentrate on: kicking evenly
