Inland Waterways conference

The International Inland Waterways organization held their annual conference in St. Catharines, Ontario. They commemmorated the 175th anniversary of the Welland Canal.
They commemorted the 175th anniversary of the first Welland canal and the 50th anniversary of the fourth canal.
