Swim workout, March 2

swimmer blowing bubblesToday I went to a swim workout with Andie under the guidance of Coach Kelvin.

Swim workout in 25-yard pool:

  • breast stroke, 25 x 6 = 300
  • front crawl, 25 x 12 = 600

Total: 900 yd. (810 m)

Followed by: lunch with family including the kids.
