Swimming practice

Today was the last practice in a set of ten swimming lessons. Most of the other swimmers are triathletes who are willing to pay well for Oannes Swims‘s excellent coaching. They improve their speed and endurance so they can race better or finish the distances. For me, it’s simply for pleasure: I’m getting more efficient, more confident, and stronger. Every day something else falls into place. Today it was kicking. It has become easier to do the kicking drills properly and I made an attempt to translate them into proper swimming posture. I even sometimes remember to kick while swimming.
