  • warm-up: freestyle, easy, 50 yd. x 4 = 200
  • freestyle with paddles & float, 50 yd. x 8 = 400
  • freestyle, 200 yards x 2 = 400
  • freestyle, fast, 50 yd. x 4 = 200
  • cool-down, side stroke 50 yd.

Total: 1250 yd., approximately

Concentrate on exhaling while underwater, digging in, kicking, etc.
