swimmer blowing bubblesThe pool was closed on Wednesday, so we had our swim workout on Friday. Swim workout in 25-yard pool as directed by Coach Kelvin:

  • warm-up: 100 yards easy, any style (50 breaststroke, 50 freestyle) = 100
  • stroke improvement: 4 x 50 freestyle = 200
  • stroke improvement: 9 x 50 freestyle with paddles = 450
  • stroke improvement: 2 x 50 freestyle = 100
  • cooldown: 100 yards easy, any style (50 sidestroke, 50 freestyle) = 100

Total: 950 yd. or 855 metres
