  • warm-up: 50 yd. breaststroke x 2 , 50 yd. freestyle = 150
  • 50 yd. freestyle concentrating on arm movements x 4 = 200
  • 100 yd. freestyle practicing arm movements x 4 = 400
  • cool-down: 50 yd. side stroke x 2 = 100

Total: 850 yd. or 765 metres.

Afterwards: passive & active stretches.
