Swim practice, October 17

Swim workout in 25-yard pool, overseen by Coach Kelvin:

  • warm-up: freestyle, easy 50 yd. x 3 = 150
  • vertical kicking drills
  • positioning; sidestroke, 35
  • 300 yd. freestyle with pullbuoy x 1 = 300
  • 300 yd. freestyle x 1 = 300
  • 300 yd. freestyle with pullbuoy x 1 = 300
  • cool-down: freestyle easy, 10 yd. x 2 = 200

Total: 1285 yd. or 1150 metres.

Concentrate on: extension, timing, recovery, continuous motion.
