Swim practice, October 24

We were late because I slept in and didn’t pack the night before. Swim workout in 25-yard pool with triathletes and Lizbot, overseen by Coach Kelvin, half an hour:

  • warm-up: 75 yards freestyle, 50 breaststroke, 75 freestyle = 200
  • (25 yd. flutterboard flutter kicking, 25 whip kick) x 4 = 200
  • 50 breaststroke, 150 freestyle = 200
  • 50 freestyle, 50 breaststroke, 100 freestyle = 200

Total: 800 yd. or 720 metres.
