  • (50 yd. freestyle, 50 yd. breast stroke) x 2 = 200
  • fish position with rolling, 25 x 2 = 50
  • skate position, 25 x 2 = 50
  • skate to fish, 25 x 2 = 50
  • skate & “shark fin” arm, 25 x 4 = 100
  • on back, roll side to side, 25 x 2 = 50

Total 500 yd. or 450 m.
