We had a weekend lesson so that we could include Andie. We are all learning to “tumble” — to flip over at the end of a length and push off again. Water goes up my nose. Water goes up everyone’s nose unless they breathe out continuously.

Swim workout in 25-yard pool:

  • (50 yd. breaststroke, 50 yd. freestyle) x 2 = 200 yd.
  • 25 yd. freestyle x 8 = 200
  • 12 widths with tumble = 100 yd.
  • 25 yd. freestyle with tumble: x 8 = 200
  • 50 yd. freestyle x 3 = 150

Total, 850 yd.
