Swim practice, April 20

Swim workout in 25-yard pool with LotStreetWiz & Lizbot, overseen by Coach Kelvin, 65 minutes:

  • warm-up: (100 yd. breaststroke + 100 yd. freestyle) x 2 = 400 yd
  • 400 yd. freestyle practising different skills = 400
  • (50 yd practise with paddles, slice then pull) x 7 = 350
  • freestyle (50 yd slow, then 50 yd. fast) x 2 = 200

Total 1350 yards or 1215 metres.

Today’s improvement: putting some power into the breaststroke kick.
