Tackling the cellar

broom-smI began work on the back room of the cellar today: sorted through boxes, tidied and dusted, swept, cleared off a work surface, put things where they belong, recycled old papers, threw out old crayons and random parts. The laundry tubs still aren’t draining in spite of drain cleaner.

Cooked chicken livers for supper with Nigel’s secret sauce, also broccoli and rice.

Chicken livers are rather dangerous aren’t they? I love all forms of liver but haven’t dared eating any in years because of the cholesterol, and, if I recall correctly, of all the forms of liver, chicken livers are the highest in cholesterol.

As I understand it, you simply digest cholesterol like any other fat. It’s sugar (sucrose) that turns into cholesterol. Besides, your brain is largely cholesterol! You don’t want to run out of brain cells, do you?
