Swim workout in 25-yard pool with LotStreetWiz & AthleticKid, overseen by Coach Kelvin, 1 hour:
- warm-up: (50 yd. breaststroke, 50 yd. freestyle)
- more freestyle
- freestyle at different speeds
- breast-stroke, concentrating on arm movement, then leg movement
- more freestyle and some backstroke
Total, several hundred yards.
