Recipe: pickled eggs

This is serious man stuff.

12 hard boiled eggs, peeled (duh)
2 bay leaves
1 sprig Thyme
3 tblspn coarsely chopped chives
3 sprigs Italian parsley
1 chili pepper
13 peppercorns
3 cups white wine vinegar

Layer the eggs and herbs in a jar (them big ol’ gallon jars work real good) Let stand in a cool, dark place for a week. The eggs will keep for about two months.
