Recipes: cheese ball

This is my cousin’s cheese ball recipe.

Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. or 250 g cream cheese
  • 8 oz. or 250 g cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Imperial Cheese (strong-tasting cheese spread)
  • pimento to taste

Actions:

  1. Blend ingredients in a food processor or by brute force.
  2. Form into one ball, a log, or smaller balls and logs.
  3. Garnish with walnuts, or a little garlic powder, or a package of herb dip mix.
  4. Wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour before serving.
