This is my cousin’s cheese ball recipe.
- 8 oz. or 250 g cream cheese
- 8 oz. or 250 g cheddar cheese
- 1 package Imperial Cheese (strong-tasting cheese spread)
- pimento to taste
- Blend ingredients in a food processor or by brute force.
- Form into one ball, a log, or smaller balls and logs.
- Garnish with walnuts, or a little garlic powder, or a package of herb dip mix.
- Wrap in plastic and chill for 1 hour before serving.
