  • warm-up: 50 yd. kickboard x 4 = 200
  • 200 yd. freestyle, easy = 200
  • 25 yd. 5-position sculling x 10, various combos = 250
  • 50 yd. freestyle, easy = 50
  • 150 yd. freestyle x 3, progressively faster = 450
  • 100 yd. breast stroke = 100
  • 50 yd. side stroke = 50

Total: 1300 yd. or 1170 metres.

Concentrate on digging in for the catch, exhaling strongly and completely, etc.

Andie & LotStreetWiz were there and swam farther.
