- 25 yd. 5-position sculling x 10, various combos = 250
- 50 yd. freestyle, easy = 50
- 150 yd. freestyle x 3, progressively faster = 450
- 100 yd. breast stroke = 100
- 50 yd. side stroke = 50
Total: 1300 yd. or 1170 metres.
Concentrate on digging in for the catch, exhaling strongly and completely, etc.
